Krisumi Waterfall Suites

Krisumi Waterfall Suites is the newer residential phase within Krisumi City, the Japan–India township taking shape in Sector 36A on the Dwarka Expressway, Gurgaon. It is developed by Krisumi Corporation, a joint venture between India's Krishna Group and Japan's Sumitomo Corporation — and that Japanese lineage is the whole point of the product: precision engineering, space-efficient layouts and a design language borrowed from Japan rather than the usual Gurgaon luxury template.

The phase sits on about 3.87 acres and is planned for around 320 homes. Where most Gurgaon launches chase ever-larger floor plates, Waterfall Suites goes the other way — compact, intelligently planned residences in Japan's "LDK" format (a combined living-dining-kitchen core), sized roughly 940 to 1,172 sq ft. The tower crown and the "Waterfall" naming draw on Japan's Shiraito Falls, and the interiors follow Japanese principles of storage, natural light and efficient circulation, so the homes live larger than their floor area suggests.

Pricing starts from about ₹2.1 crore, which places Waterfall Suites at a genuinely different entry point from the large-format 4 BHK luxury towers elsewhere in Gurgaon. That makes it one of the more accessible ways to own a branded, Japanese-built home on the Dwarka Expressway — and a practical option for investors and smaller households rather than only large families.

The project is registered with the Haryana RERA under GGM/715/447/2023/59, with buyer payments routed through a RERA-linked escrow account, and possession is planned for January 2028. It follows Krisumi Waterfall Residences, the developer's first, now-delivered phase on the same estate — a useful reassurance on a corridor where delivery track records vary widely.

Residents plug into the wider Krisumi City amenity set — a clubhouse, pool, fitness and wellness spaces, landscaped Japanese-style greens, co-working and retail — with the build quality and detailing that Sumitomo's involvement brings. Multi-tier security, EV charging and sustainability systems are part of the specification.

Location is the Dwarka Expressway itself: Sector 36A connects almost immediately to the expressway, and through it to IGI Airport, NH-48 and Delhi, on a corridor that has seen some of Gurgaon's fastest infrastructure delivery. For a buyer, Waterfall Suites is a distinctive proposition — Japanese design and build at a compact, relatively accessible ticket — with the trade-off being smaller homes than the corridor's big-format towers.
