Advisors are trained on the regulatory side first, sales second. Before anyone speaks to a buyer they must be able to read a HARERA or UP RERA registration page, interpret a licence and approved layout, explain the difference between carpet, built-up and super area, and describe how a construction-linked plan differs from a possession-linked one in cash-flow terms. Research staff verify every price against the developer's current price list and record the date it was checked — no listing on this site carries an undated price.

What you are entitled to expect

A response within 30 minutes during working hours. A shortlist that spans developers, with the weaknesses of each option stated as plainly as the strengths. No pressure to visit a site you are not interested in, and no repeat calls after you ask us to stop. If we get something wrong — a stale price, a changed possession date — we correct it on the page and tell you. Complaints or corrections can go straight to our desk via the contact page.
