Sector 124 is an upscale Noida residential pocket beside the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, known for low-density, ultra-luxury high-rise developments and quick access to the DND and Kalindi Kunj corridors into South Delhi.
The Locality
Sector 124 sits on the western edge of Noida along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, close to Sector 125, Amity University and the Okhla Bird Sanctuary belt. It has evolved into one of Noida's most exclusive addresses, favoured by developers for sparse, tower-per-plot ultra-luxury housing rather than dense townships.
The sector's biggest draw is connectivity: the DND Flyway and Kalindi Kunj bridge put South Delhi (Kalkaji, Nehru Place, Ashram) within a 20-30 minute drive, while the expressway links Sector 18, the Noida CBD and Greater Noida in either direction. The Okhla Bird Sanctuary and Botanical Garden metro interchange (Blue/Magenta lines) are the nearest rapid-transit nodes.
Social infrastructure is mature, with Amity, established schools, hospitals such as Jaypee and Felix, and the retail of Sector 18 and the DLF Mall of India all within easy reach. Low plot density and Yamuna-facing greens make it a premium end-user and HNI investment micro-market.
