Chahat Homes is a RERA-registered real-estate agent. We do not construct, own or sell the projects listed on this site. Every purchase is a direct contract between you and the developer, whose builder-buyer agreement and RERA disclosures prevail over anything written here.

3. Prices, plans and timelines change

Prices, payment plans, unit availability, layouts, specifications, amenities and possession dates are supplied by developers and are subject to change or withdrawal by them at any time without notice to us. Where we display a price-updated date, it reflects when we last verified the figure against the developer's price list — not a guarantee that it still stands today.

4. Images and visualisations

Renders, elevations, walkthroughs and lifestyle imagery are artistic impressions provided by developers and are indicative only. Actual construction, finishes, landscaping and views may differ materially. Where a placeholder graphic appears in place of a photograph, no photograph has yet been supplied for that listing.

5. Areas and measurements

Areas are stated as per the RERA carpet-area definition unless expressly labelled otherwise. Super area or saleable area figures include a loading for common areas that varies by project. Always confirm the carpet area recorded in the RERA registration and in your agreement before signing. Our area converter explains the differences.

6. Calculators and estimates

The EMI, stamp duty, rental yield, area and affordability calculators on this site apply standard formulas and published statutory rates for indicative planning. They are not quotations. Actual loan terms depend on lender underwriting; actual duty depends on the circle rate and the notification in force on the date of registration.

7. Verify with the regulator

Before paying any amount, verify the project's registration, promoter, declared carpet areas and completion dates on the official HARERA or UP RERA portal. Our RERA information page sets out the exact steps.
