What buyers say after they have the keys
★★★★★
We shortlisted four projects on Dwarka Expressway and the desk talked us out of two of them, including one they would have earned more on. That is the reason we bought through them. The carpet-ratio comparison they ran changed our shortlist completely.

Relocating from Bengaluru with no time to visit repeatedly. They sent dated site photographs, walked three projects on video call, and flagged a water-supply issue at one of them that the sales team had not mentioned. We closed in six weeks.

We wanted something on one level with lift access and step-free entry for my parents. The team understood accessibility as a real requirement rather than a nice-to-have and filtered accordingly. The paperwork support at registration was excellent.

Air quality was the deciding factor for us and I was sceptical about the claims. They arranged for us to see the actual indoor air quality readings rather than a brochure figure. Honest, technical and completely unpushy.

Managed the entire purchase from Dubai. They set out the power of attorney requirements upfront, flagged the three-month adjudication window I would have missed, and coordinated with my chartered accountant on the TDS position. Genuinely professional.

The pros and cons section on every project page is the most useful thing on the site. It is the only place I found someone willing to write down what is wrong with a project they are selling.

I work in Manesar and everyone kept pushing me toward Golf Course Extension Road. They were the only ones who pointed out that Sector 79 would cut my commute to fifteen minutes and cost half as much.

As an architect I asked awkward questions about construction tolerances and glazing specification. They came back with actual numbers rather than marketing language, and admitted when they did not know something.

Our review policy, stated openly
Reviews on this page are solicited by email or WhatsApp from clients whose transaction has been registered — never from enquiries or site visits. We ask three open questions and publish the answer as written, trimming only for length and removing personal details such as unit numbers. Clients are told before publication and can withdraw at any time by writing to us; withdrawn reviews are deleted, not hidden.
Why there is no star rating on this page
Google's structured-data guidelines and plain honesty both point the same way: an aggregate rating should only be published where reviews are collected systematically, verified, and open to anyone who transacted. Until our collection process meets that bar for every completed deal, we publish individual named reviews without an aggregate score and without review schema. If you see a real-estate site advertising 4.9 stars from thousands of anonymous reviews, ask how they were collected.
