2. What this website is

This is the website of a RERA-registered real-estate agent (channel partner). It provides information about residential projects developed by third parties. Nothing on this site is an offer, invitation to offer, or contract, and no property is sold by us — every sale is a contract between you and the developer, governed by the builder-buyer agreement you sign with them.

3. Accuracy of information

Project details, prices, plans, specifications, amenities, approvals and possession timelines are provided by developers and from public regulatory filings. They change, sometimes without notice to us. Images are artistic impressions unless captioned otherwise, and area figures follow the RERA carpet-area definition unless stated. You must independently verify every material fact on the official HARERA or UP RERA portal and in the developer's own documents before making any payment or commitment. 4. No professional advice

Content on this site — including calculators, guides and market commentary — is general information, not legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Our calculators use standard formulas and published rates but cannot account for your circumstances. Consult a qualified professional before acting.

5. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, crawl at abusive rates, copy or republish our content for commercial use, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the site's operation, submit false enquiries or use forms to transmit unlawful or abusive material. Automated collection of contact details is expressly prohibited.

6. Intellectual property

The site design, written content, research and compilations are our property or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright. Developer names, logos and project marks belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link; systematic reproduction requires written permission.

7. Third-party links

Links to regulator portals, developer websites and other third-party resources are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or opportunity, or any loss arising from your reliance on information published here, from a developer's acts or omissions, or from the unavailability of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any statutory forum available to you as a consumer or as an allottee under RERA.
