Elan The Statement is Elan Group's most ambitious residential address yet — an ultra-luxury project on Sohna Road in Sector 49, Gurgaon, from a developer better known until recently for its retail and commercial destinations. As its name suggests, it is pitched as a statement of intent at the top end of the market, and the numbers back the positioning: five towers of G+38 on a low-density six-acre campus, with 80% open space and only two apartments per floor.

That two-per-floor plan is the project's defining feature. The project is registered with the Haryana RERA under GGM/1022/754/2025/125 (December 2025), with buyer funds routed through RERA-linked escrow, and Elan is targeting possession around October 2029.

Location is Sector 49 on Sohna Road — one of Gurgaon's more established residential belts, with ready social infrastructure, schools, hospitals and retail already in place, and quick access to the Golf Course Extension Road, the metro at Sector 55-56 and NH-48. Unlike the newer expressway corridors, this is a neighbourhood that already lives rather than one still being built out, which suits an end-user buyer.

The amenity programme is extensive and design-led — a clubhouse, pool, fitness arena, yoga and meditation decks, indoor sports, a mini theatre, skating rink, golf putting green and landscaped gardens, wrapped in smart, gated security. It is the kind of specification Elan has used to establish itself quickly in the luxury conversation.

For a buyer, the honest frame is this: The Statement is a genuinely low-density, large-format luxury product in a mature location, from a developer with a strong commercial track record but a residential delivery record that is still young.
