Sector 132 is an Expressway-facing pocket on the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway, positioned between the older institutional sectors of Noida and the newer residential belt around Sectors 150–152. Over the last decade it has matured into a commercial and mixed-use address, hosting office parks, retail high streets and IT-led workspaces alongside pockets of group housing. Its appeal rests on frontage: plots here open straight onto the Expressway, giving businesses visibility and staff an easy commute. The Aqua Line metro at Sector 137 is a short hop, and the Mahamaya Flyover links the sector to Kalindi Kunj and South Delhi. Getting Around
The sector is defined by its Expressway frontage: the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway runs alongside, putting the DND Flyway, Mahamaya Flyover and Kalindi Kunj within a short drive toward South Delhi. The Aqua Line metro station at Sector 137 is roughly 2 km away, while Dadri Road connects eastward toward Greater Noida. Indira Gandhi International Airport is reachable via the Expressway and DND corridor, and the upcoming Noida International Airport at Jewar is accessible via the Yamuna Expressway interchange further south.
