Siddharth Vihar is a Ghaziabad Development Authority planned township located along NH-9 (the old NH-24 Delhi–Meerut corridor), immediately east of Indirapuram and adjoining the Noida boundary. Over the last decade it has emerged as one of the most active mid-to-premium housing destinations in the trans-Hindon belt, anchored by large integrated developments from established NCR builders.
The locality appeals to buyers who want new-construction high-rise living with modern amenities at price points below Noida and Gurgaon, while staying close to Indirapuram's established retail and schooling. The Hindon Elevated Road and NH-9 give residents rapid access to Delhi's Akshardham and ITO, as well as to Noida's employment sectors. Ongoing social infrastructure, malls and metro-extension proposals continue to strengthen its long-term investment case.
Getting Around
NH-9 (Delhi–Meerut Expressway service corridor) and the Hindon Elevated Road connect Siddharth Vihar to Akshardham and central Delhi in about 30–40 minutes. Vaishali and Indirapuram metro access, Anand Vihar ISBT and railway terminal, and the Noida sectors are all within a short drive. Indira Gandhi International Airport is roughly 40–45 km away.
